Reservation Request to Use Club Facilities
Anyone desiring to reserve club ranges must first obtain BOD approval. A completed Range Reservation Request form (found below) submitted to the Safety Committee at least sixty days prior to requested date.
RRPC Members
Club Activities/Programs: to schedule events, please download, complete, and send this form to the Safety Committee.
Outside Organizations
Clubs, Charities, etc.: to request facility use, please download, complete, and send this form to the Safety Committee for review before your request will be considered by the Board.
Law Enforcement Agencies: please download and complete this form and contact lawenforcementliaison@rrpc.org for further instructions.
