IMPORTANT! Completed renewal forms and annual dues were due back by January 31, 2010. Renewal form can be downloaded here. If you have not yet done so, please return the completed paperwork so our records can be kept current. Contact Membership with any questions.
Procedures for Joining Club
Note: These have been changed. The following is a brief description.

- Download application and complete.
- Mail completed application and $50.00 check made payable to "RRPC, Inc." to: RRPC, Inc.

Charlottesville, VA 22902 - Come to your First membership meeting (AFTER your application was received by the 1st of the month)*. There you will be introduced to the club.
- Sign up for Work Party to complete your mandatory 4 hours before you may join.
- Complete your 4 hours work before next month's membership meeting, if possible.
- Your application will be voted on at your Second membership meeting. If you are accepted, remit check for annual dues (currently $100). You receive a fob after you've completed your work requirements.
- Before you may use club facilites, you must attend the mandatory Orientation session.
*Important: Your application MUST be postmarked by the 1st of the month!
