Friends of the NRA Banquet – Sept. 24

The Jefferson Area Friends of the NRA is preparing for our annual fundraiser and social on Friday September 24, 2010. This event will take place at the East Rivanna Fire House at Glenmore in Keswick. The dress is informal. There will be a cash bar. The food will be catered by the Elks Lodge and menu is: chilled mixed green salad, hot rolls and butter, roast beef top round with gravy, herb roast chicken, oven roasted new potatos/wild rice pilaf, vegetable medley, ice tea, lemonade, coffee, water and desert.

The proceeds from these events around the Commonwealth of Virginia enable the growth of youth shooting programs, women’s introduction to shooting sports, firearm training programs for the community, range development and instructor education.
